Graveside Funeral Services for Fredna E. Johnson Howard, age 84, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Wednesday, May  29, 2019, will be held Saturday, June 1, 2019, at 10:00 am at New Palestine Cemetery.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Beau Comeaux will officiate the service.

A native of Picayune, MS, she was a Homemaker and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Fredna loved Jesus, children, gardening and yard work. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, Nanny to several children, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Levi Johnson and Birdie May Thigpen Johnson; her loving and devoted husband of over 50 years, James R. “Bobby”  Howard; her brothers, Bill Johnson and Charles Johnson; and her sister, Wilma Herndon.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son in law, Sabrina and Cliff Diamond; her granddaughter, Emma Diamond; her sister, Betty Watkins; and numerous nieces and nephews .
