Debra Roberts Jones Hadley

Funeral service will be held April 6, 2019, 12 p.m., at St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church for Mrs. Debra Roberts Jones Hadley, age 63, of Picayune, MS. Mrs. Debra accepted her wings on Sunday, March 31, 2019. 

Rev. Joey Mark will officiate at the service, burial in Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home. 

A native of Picayune, she was retired from Mississippi Action for Progress (MAP), a member of St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church, a member of the Mass Choir, Inspiration Choir, and a member of the assistant Bible School Art Director. 

Mrs. Debra was preceded in death by parents, J.W. and  Emma Roberts; 2 brothers, Rogerest Bolton and J.W. Roberts Jr; sister, Mrs. Hilda M. Magee. 

Survivors include her husband, Johnathan Hadley of Picayune; 2 sons, Lamont (Lietha) Roberts, of Picayune and Shakir (Diandra) Jones of Newman, GA; daughter, Chanesia Jones, of Picayune; stepson, Jacob Paul Jackson of Larose, LA; sister, Ida Simien of Picayune; 4 very special God-Children; Shira Stubbs and Ms. Taylor Mark of Picayune, Vanessa Fowler of Poplarville, MS and Jasmine Dunn of Atlanta, GA; 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 10 am to 12 p.m. in St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church.
