Graveside Funeral Services for Annwood  Hopkins, age 76, of Picayune, MS, who went to be with her heavenly Father, Sunday, March 24, 2019, will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 12:30 pm at New Palestine Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March  27, 2019 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Alex Craft will officiate the service.

A native of Picayune, MS, she was a retired Loan Officer for Keesler Federal Credit Union. Annwood was a member of First Baptist Church of Picayune. Annwood enjoyed shopping and spending time with her beloved poodle, Sophie. She was a loving sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Woodrow Jarrell and Annie Mae Brewer Jarrell; her sister, Wanza Craft Owens; and her daughter, Tanya Hopkins Pope.

Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Jennifer Dell (Terry) Bean; her brother, Dillon (Denise) Jarrell; 2 Grandchildren, Amber Pope and Josh Pope; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; and her lifelong friend, Jan Denton.
