Funeral service will be held Sat., Feb. 2, 2019 at 1 p.m. in Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church for Mrs. Nettie Mae Windham, age 94, of Picayune, MS, who died Jan. 28, 2019 in Picayune.  Rev. Brian Dees will officiate the service. Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home. A native of Chicora, MS, she worked in the school cafeteria and was a member of Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church. She joined Pilgrim Bound in 1954 and was a faithful member until her health failed. She was a member of the Senior Choir. Survivors include; 1 daughter, Jandis Kidd and son-in-law, Howard Kidd, both of Picayune; 1 son, Robert Caver, of Fremont, CA; 6 grandchildren, Carlos Johnson, Andre Johnson, Gino (Tina) Johnson, Eric Caver, Andrea (Lamar) Binns and Shaleatha Caver. Preceding her in death; husband, Gardner “Holy Ghost” Windham; 4 children, Cleo, Mary, John David and Betty; 1 granddaughter, Rhonda Caver Young; 1 daughter-in-law, Deloris Caver; parents, Mack and Jane Caver; siblings, Willie, Lavert, Cliford Caver and Maudie Smith. Visitation will be Sat., Feb. 2, 2019 at noon in Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
