The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the community’s help to identify two persons of interest possibly involved to a string of residential burglaries.
Chief Investigator Marc Ogden said the residential burglaries occurred on July 11, two took place at homes on Savannah Millard Road while another occurred at a home off of Highway 53 near the Hancock County line.
During the burglaries, the suspects stole televisions, tools, jewelry, checkbooks and credit cards, Ogden said.
The investigation got a lead when two men attempted to use two of the stolen credit cards at a hardware store in Slidell, Louisiana on Friday, Ogden said.
Surveillance footage shows one man wearing a camouflage hat and seemingly heavily tattooed, while the second appears slender in build wearing a gray cap.
Anyone with information that can help investigators identify these two persons of interest is asked to call the sheriff’s department dispatch at 601-795-9050.
