Graveside Services for Evelyn Christine Prince, 78 of Carriere, Miss., who passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Lee’s Chapel #1 Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, December 20, 2013 from 6-9 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Lee’s Chapel #1 Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Jewel Prince and Bro. Mike Brown will officiate the service.

A native of Pearl River County, she was a homemaker and a member of Lee’s Chapel #1 Missionary Baptist Church. She was a devout Christian, a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawson Taylor and Hettie Mae Prince Taylor; her husband, Samuel Burdette Prince; her four brothers, Alvin Taylor, J.L. Taylor, Donald Ray Taylor, Huey “Dobber” Taylor; her sisters, Margie McBeth and Fannie Burnette.

Survivors include her son, Michael Burdette Prince and wife, Sandy; her three daughters, Patricia Ann Jeanfreau, Vickey Lynn Prince of Carriere, Tammey J. Prince; her six grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer, Christina, Samuel, Sarah, and Jeremy; her ten great grandchildren, Brianna, Dustin “Bubba”, A.J., Tucker, Alyssa, Joseph, Jacob, Emily, Samuel “Adam”, Jace; on great great grandchild, Brantley; her two brothers, Willie Jay Taylor, Harold L. Taylor and wife, Doris Lynn; her two sisters, Dorothy “Dot” Lumpkin and husband, Billy, and Betty Jean Green and husband, Arnold “Poppy”.
