Jonathan “Dunkie” Nixon, 41, of Carriere died Sunday, May 15, 2011 at his residence.

Services will be Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 1 p.m. in New Hebron Baptist Church.

The Rev. Martin Thomas will officiate the service.

Burial will be in Carriere Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Home.

Visitation is Saturday, May 21, 2011 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at the church.
