Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church, for Mr. Joffrey Lenard Lewis, 52, of Picayune, who passed away February 2, 2011 in Picayune.

The Rev. Donald Hart will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, he joined Pilgrim Bound Baptist church at an early age.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Lewis.

Survivors include: his mother, Lizzie Mae Lewis of Picayune, four brothers, Thomas Earl (Angela) Lewis of Picayune, Edward Lewis Jr. of Seattle, Wash., Corwin Lewis of Dallas, Texas, and Stanford Lewis of Flint, Mich; three sisters, Beverly Brumfield, Betty Lewis, both of Picayune, and Edith Lewis Lane of Dallas, Texas; two god-brothers, William Davis, and David McDonald, both of Picayune.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 8, 2011 from 10-11 a.m. at Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church.
