Salutatorian Ben Hollywood is the 18-year-old son of Richard and Marie Davis and received a large number of awards Poplarville High School. He had all “A” honor roll all years, received the citizenship award, the financial literacy challenge award, a prefect score on his state Biology Test, was in the national society of high school scholars, won student of the month, the math award, the Economics award, the varsity soccer team award for most improved and a captain on the team, got a perfect score on his Biology exam, was in Beta Club every year and lettered in PHS soccer every year. Hollywood played on the tennis team for two years, was the 11th grade BETA class representative. Hollywood plans to go to USM, to which he has received a scholarship for academic excellence.
