Work on a road to the development that will contain the new Highland Community Hospital is under construction. Developer Carley Cooper said the road will be completed before construction on the hospital begins. Highland Community Hospital Administrator Steve Grimm said dirt work on the hospital site is expected to begin in June and construction should begin on the Medical Center in September.
