2024 from 5-7 p.m. Brown’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Louis Thomas will officiate the

services. Interment will be at the New Palestine Cemetery, Picayune, MS.

Felecia Deneice Breland, 67, affectionately known as “Neicey”, was born in Picayune,

MS to the late Norvell and J. L. Breland on August 5, 1956.

Felecia was a graduate of Picayune Memorial High School Class of 1973, employed by

Federal Bureau of Investigation, Naval Oceanographic Office, Mississippi Highway

Safety Patrol School, Cadet Class 39 and was a State Tropper.

Felecia departed her earthly life on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Ochsner Hospital,

Slidell, LA surrounded by family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two sisters, Jennifer L. Breland and Rosilyn (James)

Peters-Butler; nine brothers, Justin Hart, Daniel Hart, Antoine Cooper, Dakota Cooper,

Ronald Peters, Johnathan Breland, Buster Williams, Gil Payton and Jason Pittman; a

host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
