Graveside Funeral Services for Gloria Taylor Lenoir, age 92, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Monday, July 20, 2020, were held Thursday, July 23, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at New Palestine Cemetery.
Burial was in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Rev. R.T. Buckley will officiate the service.
A native of Picayune, MS, she was a retired vice president at First National Bank of Picayune. Gloria was a member of First Baptist Church of Picayune and was a children’s Sunday school teacher for several years. She enjoyed reading and walking when she was able. Gloria was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard Taylor and Beulah McGehee Taylor; and her husband of over 60 years, Joe Lenoir.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted daughter, Janice Lenoir (Mike) Bynum; her granddaughters, Brittany (Carlos) Saravia, and Allison (Alex) Riser; 2 great-grandchildren, Denson Riser and Merrill Saravia; her loving and devoted sister, Carolyn Taylor Ratcliff; and her very close friend and neighbor, Dr. James Fox.
