Walk through viewing will be held Sat. June 6, 2020, at 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. in Baylous Funeral Home for Mary “Sue Lap” Higgins, age 60, of Picayune, MS, who died Tuesday, May 26, 2020 in Picayune, MS. Graveside service will be held at noon in New Palestine Cemetery.Pastor Kenneth Baker will officiate at the service.

She was a member of the Power House of Deliverance. She was a die hard Cowboys fan.

Survivors include: husband Roy Higgins Sr., of Picayune, MS; 1 son, Roy (Karen) Higgins Jr., of Slidell, LA, and 1 stepson, Cortez Peters of Poplarville, MS; 2 daughters, Shawanna (Cleveland) Crumedy, and Jennifer (Robert) Quinn of Picayune, MS; 2 sisters, Sandra (Kenneth) Marks and Perdita (Frank) McDonald of Picayune, MS; 2 brothers, L.C. Simmons of Gary, IND, Louis Bridges of Picayune, MS, Jessie (Leann) Simmons of Every, Washington; 1 uncle, Louis Stovall of Tylertown, MS; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, J.C. and Renetta Simmons; 2 brothers, Roy Simmons and Jimmy Coleman; 2 sisters, Almeda Simmons and Cora Simmons.
