Graveside service will be held Sat. April 18, 2020 at 1 pm., in Dave Monday Cemetery in Whitesand Community for Clarence “Buck” Peters Jr., age 74, of Poplarville, MS, who died Sunday, April 12, 2020 at his home.

Rev. Mark Peters will officiate at the service. A native of Poplarville, MS, he was a member of Newton Chapel Methodist Church.

Survivors included wife, Gloria Jean Peters of Poplarville, MS; 3 sons, Tyrone Brown, Dwight Peters and Russell (Sebra) Peters all of Poplarville, MS; 3 daughters, Darline Peters and Deborah Peters of Poplarville, MS, and Carolyn Peters, of Picayune, MS; 4 brothers, Rev. Mark Peters, Danny Peters, Jerry Peters and Sammy Peters; 1 sister, Doris Silas; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by parents Clarence and Bessie Peters and 1 grandson, Donovan Peters.

Pass through viewing from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.,at Newton Chapel Methodist Church, under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
