Funeral Services for Corbit “Pojo” Wayne Spiers, Jr., age 40, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020, will be held Sunday, February 9, 2020, at 3:00 pm at Central Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Central Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Holliman Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Billy Galloway will officiate the service.

With deepest sorrow we announce that Corbit W. Spiers, Jr. “Pojo”, was a beloved father, son, brother, grandson, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. Those who knew him lost a funny, caring, loving friend. Pojo will be missed everyday by his children, Gabby and Trace.

He was preceded in death by his father, Corbit Wayne Spiers, Sr.; his grandparents, Fred and Mildred Spiers, and Howell Beal.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted children, Gabrielle “Gabby” Spiers and Corbit “Trace” Wayne Spiers, III; his mother Debra Beal (Tommy) Johnson; his grandmother, Jeannie Holcomb; his sisters, Tonya Spiers, Chastity Spiers, and Jennifer Spiers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
