Funeral Services for Paula Diane Lee Whitchurch, age 76, of Leetown Community, MS, who passed away Monday, December 9, 2019, will be held Saturday, December 14, 2019, at 1:00 pm at Lee’s Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church,  27015 Leetown Rd, Picayune, MS 39466.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Lee’s Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Lee’s Chapel #2 Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Jared Lee will officiate the service.

A native of Leetown Community, MS, she was a retired drafter at Stennis Space Center. Diane was a member of Lee’s Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother “Meme”, sister, aunt, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Lee and Dorothy Stockstill Lee; her loving and devoted husband of  47 years, Dennis Robert Whitchurch; her brothers, C.J. Lee and Perry Lee; and her sisters, Charlene Jones and Patsy Strahan.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted daughters, Lee Ann Whitchurch and  Ashley (Kevin) Cortez; 2 granddaughters, Sophie and Addilyn Cortez; her brothers, Earl Lee and Robert E. Lee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
