Carriere restaurant Jack’s Fish House will donate all of the profits from this Thursday to the Comeaux family.

Thirteen-year-old Boston Brooks Comeaux died Saturday Sept. 14, after suffering injuries sustained in a car accident on Sept. 9.

The restaurant will be open Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., and all profits from dine-in orders, take-out orders and t-shirt sales, will go to the family, said Jack’s Fish House owner Scotty Welch.

Welch said he does not know the family directly, but knows people who have been in contact with the family and made them aware of the fundraiser.

“It’s just a terrible situation to be in, and me having a 6-year-old little girl, I can only imagine what the family’s going through,” Welch said.

A donation jar was placed at the restaurant for the family, Welch said.

Jack’s Fish House is located at 7921 Highway 11.
