Darryl “D.J. Buddy” Magee

Funeral service will be held Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019 at 2 p.m. in Weems Chapel United Methodist Church for Darryl “D.J. Buddy” Magee age 45 of Picayune, MS., who died Aug 6, 2019 in Picayune, Miss. Rev. Donald Parker will officiate at the service. A native of Picayune, Miss.,  he was a member of Rose of Sharon Church of God In Christ. Buddy was well known as D.J. Buddy.   

Survivors include: six  children; mother, Stella Magee of Picayune, Miss.;  two brothers Chris ( Valarie ) Jones, of Picayune Miss., Charlie (Yoland) Magee, of Atlanta, Ga.,; three sisters Angie Wilson, Diane Magee, Tewona Magee all of Picayune, Miss.; grandmother, Ella Pearl Jones of Picayune, Miss.; a special aunt Regina Sheffield, of Picayune, Miss.; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; a special friend Tonye Kaye Sencerters of Lumberton, Miss., and Rodney Magee of Picayune, Miss.,

Visitation  will be Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Weems Chapel Methodist Church. Burial will be in the New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
