Memorial Services for John Morrell Lee, Jr., age 68, of Leetown Community, MS, who passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018, will be held Friday, August 10, 2018, at 3:00 pm at Union Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Friday, August 10, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Union Baptist Church.

Private Burial will be in Union Baptist Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Brian Tatum will officiate the service.

A native of Mississippi, he graduated High School from McMinville, TN. John served in the US Navy Seabees during the Vietnam War. He was a retired Nautical Barge Captain. John was a self employed concrete/contractor. He was a member of Union Baptist Church. John was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Morrell Lee, Sr. and Mildred Jones Lee; and his son, Einar Lee.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 45 years, Susan Lee; his daughter, Kerri (Kimble) Farmer; his son, Michael Lee; 2 grandchildren, Kaden Farmer and Kayla Farmer; his sisters, Sylvia Slagle, Vee Eastridge, Gayle (Rick) Smotherman, and Merrill  (Darrell) Shumate; numerous nieces and nephews; and friends.
