And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Donald Lynn Parker will officiate at the service.

Judith Nell Fair was born September 26, 1939 in Picayune, Mississippi to the late Rev. Willie and Willa Servick. Judith joined Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church at an early age under the leadership of Rev. E. L. Fox. She worked at Crosby Memorial Hospital for over 30 years and for a short time at Highland Community Hospital. She was last employed at Picayune Urgent Care.

She departed this life on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

To meet her on the other side are her parents, Rev. Willie & Willa Servick; her sisters, Mary Anthony & Myra Thomas; her brothers, Noble Servick, Paul Servick, & Robert Servick.

Judith “Ditty Bop” leaves to cherish her memories her beloved sister Ema Fortenberry and brother Marvin Servick; three nieces: Faith (Curtis) Jackson, Gail (Tommie) Simmons, and Wilamenia (Terry) McLemore; five nephews: Hollis Fortenberry, Jr., Kenneth (Sandy) Fortenberry, Rodney Servick all of Picayune, Mississippi; Marty (Elia) Fortenberry of Jackson, Mississippi; and Jeffery Fortenberry of Meridian, Mississippi; six grandnephews, four grandnieces, and 22 great grandnieces & nephews;  a special friend, Mary Francis McGill and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.   Interment will be in the Picayune Cemetery.
