Jerry and Jacqueline Brumfield of Picayune, Mississippi are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Jalicia N. Brumfield to Alvin B. Richard, son of Alvin and Deserie Richard of Picayune, Mississippi.  Jalicia is a graduate of Picayune Memorial High School as well as the University of Southern Mississippi where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business and Applied Technology in 2016.  Jalicia is currently employed as a Human Resource Specialist with the Department of Navy in Stennis Space Center, MS.  Alvin is a graduate of Picayune Memorial High School as well as Mississippi State University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016.  Alvin is currently employed as an Electronics Engineer with the Department of Navy in Stennis Space Center, MS.  Their ceremony and celebration will occur the afternoon of June 9, 2018 at Rose of Sharon Church of God in Christ and The Grand of Picayune, MS.
