Cindi J. Carter, age 48, of Carriere, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday January 17, 2018. Cindi was born July 13, 1969 in Orange, Texas.

Cindi is survived by; her mother, Patricia Simmons Carter; three brothers, Robert Carter, Allen Carter, Tarrell Kirkland; two sisters, Janice Kirkland, Gracie Carter; two nieces, Rebekuh Kirkland, Shannon Davis; one nephew Andrew Kirkland; special cousin Roxanne Dorr; maternal grandmother Katie Simmons, two uncles Charles Simmons and Robert Simmons.

Funeral services for Cindi will be at Central Baptist Church, 20 Sones Chapel Rd, Carriere, Mississippi, 39426 on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 12:00 pm.

Rev. Billy Galloway will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Lee’s Chapel, No. 1 Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Friday at the church.

Pallbearers will be Kerry Simmons, Kenan Simmons, Kendall Simmons, James Simmons, Troy Simmons, Michael Lee and Andrew Kirkland.
