Funeral Services for Neville Cleveland Barrett, age 81, of Picayune, Mississippi, who passed away Friday, December 22, 2017, will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at 11:00 am at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home. 

Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Warren Hedgepeth will officiate the service, assisted by Elder Glynn Erwin.

A native of Picayune, Mississippi, he served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. Neville was retired from General Box Paper Company; he was a security guard for Designer Vans, and Arizona Chemical Company. Neville was a member of Cedar Grove Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover Cleveland Barrett and Lillie Saucier Barrett; and his sisters, Marjorie Wise, Dorothy Kimble, Hilda Wise, and Jackie Holmes.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 60 years, Edna Jean Hedgepeth Barrett; his daughter, Debbie Barrett; his sisters-in-law, Cloyce Neely, Marilyn Hedgepeth, and Annie Merle Hedgepeth; his brother-in-law, Warren Arthur (Debbie) Hedgepeth; and several nieces and nephews.
