Pearl River Central Water Association has issued a boil water notice for residents living along Ovelle Lee Road, Lavelle Odom Road, Mill Creek Road, Oscar Lee Road in Poplarville and customers in the surrounding areas who were without water or had low water pressure on Nov. 6, 2017. The issue is due to a broken water line.

Residents are urged to boil their water for at least a minute before consumption.

Water samples will be taken for two days and as soon as favorable results are back a boil water notice will be lifted.
