Pearl River Central Water Association has issued a boil water notice for residents living along Elmer Jackson Road north to Pine Hill Road and the surrounding areas who were without water or had low water pressure on Oct. 27, 2017. The issue is due to a broken water line.

Residents are urged to boil their water for at least a minute before consumption.

Water samples will be taken for two days and as soon as favorable results are back a boil water notice will be lifted.
