Pearl River Center Water Association has issued a boil water notice for residents living along Tom Seals Road and the surrounding areas who were without water or had low water pressure on Sept. 30, 2017, and for residents living a long Derby Whitesand Rd. near Poplarville, Highway 11, E.T. Poole Rd., Southspoon Rd., Dupont Hart’s Chapel Rd., Carwood Dr., Hillview Dr. adn the surrounding area who were without water on Oct. 2.  Both issues are due to a broken water main.

Residents are urged to boil their water for at least a minute before consumption.

Water samples will be taken for two days and as soon as favorable results are back a boil water notice will be lifted.
