Graveside Funeral Services for Roxie R. Roniger, age 82, of Metairie, Louisiana, who passed away Friday, August 11, 2017, will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at 12:30 p.m. at New Palestine Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Woody Hingle will officiate the service.

A native of Logtown, Mississippi, she was a retired Secretary, and a volunteer at Tulane Lakeside Medical Center. Roxie was a member of the Catholic faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jay Warren and Mildred Whitney Warren.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Michael Roniger and his wife Lesley, and Willie Roniger; and her grandson, Johnathan Roniger and his wife Jeanne.
