JACKSON, MISS. — According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) and the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), Interstate 10 westbound is closed at the Louisiana/Texas state line due to flooding from Harvey. The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) is encouraging motorists traveling west through Mississippi to Texas to use Interstate 20. Motorists can access Interstate 20 by using Interstate 55 in Mississippi.
