Funeral Services for Jimmie Nelda Jarrell, age 82, of Picayune, Mississippi, who passed away Monday, July 24, 2017, will be held Thursday, July 27, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 27, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Dr. Argil Smith will officiate the service, assisted by Rev. Cody Warren.

A native of Picayune, she was the retired Owner of Flowers By Georgia and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. Jimmie Nelda was a loving wife, mother, Maw, cousin, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, William Keith Booth; her daughter, Nelda Karen Fowler; and her brothers, Charles Reid Smith and Ora Lavere Smith.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 50 years, George N. Jarrell; her children, Kathy (Richard) Tarnok, and Kem (Cynthia) Jarrell; 9 grandchildren, Kristian Booth, Cole (Delana) Tarnok, Brittany (Kevin) Kosbab, Brandi (Stanley) Harvey, Maegan (Brannon) Veazey, Brooke Fowler, John Keith Booth, Courtney Jarrell, and Jameson (Haylee Pierce) Rollins; 4 great grandchildren, Braylon and EmmaRae Veazey, and Stratton and Lincoln Kosbab.
