Funeral Services for Henry W. Lewis, Jr. age 91, of Carriere, Mississippi, who passed away Monday, July 24, 2017, will be held Thursday, July 27, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Lee’s Chapel #1 Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Pearl River County, he was a Farm Manager and Mechanic and a member of Lee’s Chapel #1 Missionary Baptist Church .

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Kenion Lewis, mother, Margania Spiers Lewis, sister, Virgie Varnado, brother, Virgil Lewis, sister, Lucille Gural, brother, Theodore Lewis, sister, Lillian Rester.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Lola Johnson Lewis, daughter, Beverly (Wayne) Malone, son, Steve (Peggy) Lewis, daughter, Brenda Lewis, son, Tim (Carla) Lewis, son, Richard (Joey) Lewis, son, Barry (Pat) Lewis, 6 grandchildren, Elizabeth Brown, Lee Brown, Collin (Sarah) Brown, Lindsay (Ross) Poore’, Gabrielle (Matthew) McQueen, and Danielle Lewis, 6 great grandchildren, Greyson, Ella Grace, Gaige, Jaxson, Olivia, and Lola Elizabeth.
