Diana Gautreaux Hartman passed away peacefully on July 21, 2017 at the age of 75 years.

Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Hartman Sr. Loving mother of Robert J. Hartman Jr. and Connie H. Detillier (James Kimble). Mother-in-law of the late Rick D. Detillier Sr. Grandmother of Rick D. Detillier Jr. (Ashley) and the late Ryan D. Detillier. Sister and best friend of Beverly G. Maggiore (the late Joseph).

Sister-in-law of Leonard Hartman Sr. (Jennifer) and Shirley Hartman. Daughter of the late Camille Gautreaux and Leoncia Orgeron Gautreaux.

Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.

Diana was born in Lockport, Louisiana and was raised in the Irish Channel. She lived on the Westbank and most recently, resided in Picayune, Mississippi.

She worked for many years as a substitute teacher for the Pearl River County School System.

Diana loved spending time with family and friends. When she was not sharing a meal or visiting with her family, she could be found at one of the area casinos, trying her luck at the slots.

She touched the lives of so many during her years.

While she will be sadly missed, her life and legacy will be celebrated.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Mothe Funeral Homes, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Gate of Heaven Mausoleum in Westwego.
