Funeral Services for Clifford W. Stockstill, age 74, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017, will be held Friday, July 7, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at New Palestine Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Friday, July 7, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at New Palestine Baptist Church.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Rev. Walt Barnes will officiate the service assisted by Rev. Dan Young.

A native of Picayune, Miss., he was a Heavy Equipment Operator at Stennis Space Center and a member of New Palestine Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, A. U. Stockstill and Maggie Lee Jones Stockstill; brother, Marlon R. Stockstill.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of nearly 49 wonderful years, Sharon D. Stockstill; daughter, Melissa D. Wise and husband Craig; son, Clifford Jason Stockstill; grandchildren, Nathan H. Wise, Heidi R. Wise, Kecia A. Wise, Karen J. Jackson and husband Tauston; sisters, Linda Kay Godwin and husband Ed,  Marilyn Brashier and husband Jerry.
