Johnnie Lucretia “Lou” Brown passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at 2:17 p.m. Central Time at the Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Johnnie Lou was born March 28, 1942 to Frankie Breland and Clinton Bowen Brown in Perry County, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frankie B. Brown and Clinton B. Brown.
She leaves behind her older sister, Mary Frances Brown Rush and a younger brother J. B. Brown (Louise) who will miss her and treasure their memories.
Visitation was held Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Moore Funeral Home in Wiggins, Mississippi.
Graveside and burial was Monday, March 27, 2017 at the Red Creek Missionary Baptist Church cemetery.
