Picayune loses its first and final home game against Provine in the state playoffs, 63-37. Stephane Ayangma led the Maroon Tide with 13 points, 13 rebounds, five blocks and two steals. Marvun Arnold finished the night with 11 points and two assists.

Picayune has been eliminated from the state tournament. Provine will move on to play Neshoba Central March 3 at 10:30 a.m.
