Services for Cathy Ann Price, 67, of Picayune, who passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017, will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Progress Baptist Church, Bassfield, Miss.
Cathy was born on April 20, 1949 in Picayune, Miss. to the late Georgiana Price and Louis Price.  She was a graduate of  Carver High School, Bassfield, Miss. in 1968.
Cathy united with East Jerusalem Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir.  She retired from the National Guard.
Staff Sergeant Cathy Ann Price ended her earthly walk to begin her heavenly existence on Sunday, February 12, 2017.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Georgiana Price & Louis Price; and one brother, Robert Earl Price.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories one beloved sister, Lee Joyce Washington, of Picayune, Miss.; one dear brother, Lewis Price, of Sarasota, Fla.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be at Brown’s Funeral Home on Friday, February 17, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Interment will be in Progress Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors. Entrusted to Brown’s Funeral Home.
We will not say Good-bye because we will need your presence more than a present.  We will be hoping to see you on another journey.  You will be missed by all.
