Mass of Christian Burial services for Burnell Ray Ladner, 74, of Necaise Crossing, Miss., who passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017, will be held Thursday, February 2, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Necaise Crossing Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Father Joe Dilettuso will officiate the services.
A native of Hancock County, Miss., he was a retired Supervisor St. Regis Box Plant and a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church. Burnell was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Joseph Ladner and Ollie Mae Paige Ladner; his wife of 55 years, Linda Elaine Ladner; his brothers and sister, Royce Glen Ladner, Shirley Joan Cuevas, and Wendell Larry Ladner.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Tangela Ladner, Darby Ladner, Barry Shane (Tanya) Ladner, and Tonya (John) Saucier; 7 grandchildren, Hunter and Garrett Benson, Aaron and Dillon Ladner, Shanea and Nathan Ladner, and Briana Saucier; 5 great grandchildren; his sister, Janell Gay (Roland) Ladner; and his brother, Berlin Austin (Carolyn) Ladner.
