Funeral service will be held Friday, December 23, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church for Mrs. Mattie Bell Bullock, age 81, of Picayune, Miss., who died Monday, December 18, 2016 in Hattiesburg, Miss. The Dr. Micheal Kelly will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
A native of Tylertown, Miss. she was retired from the Picayune School District and a member of the St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church Usher Board.
Survivors include 1 daughter, Kathleen Johnson, Champaign Ill.; 3 adopted children, Charles Polk, Gulfport, Miss.; Lashannda Polk, and Elisha Polk, both of Picayune, Miss.; 5 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 23, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. in St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church.
