Pearl River Water Association issued a precautionary boil water notice for anyone living on Smith Street, Burgetown Road, Ozona Road, Highway 11 and surrounding areas who went without water or had low pressure on Oct. 2, 2016, due to a broken water line.

Affected residents are asked to boil their water for one minute before drinking.
