Helen Faye Jarrell Hansen, 68, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 30, 2016 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Sycamore Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. Paul Thigpen officiating. Burial will be at Sycamore Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hansen was a lifetime resident of Pearl River County, a selfless and loving mother, and a member of Sycamore Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, William Hansen, Jr. of Carriere; four sons, Bill Hansen (Amanda) of Perkinson, Joshua Hansen (Regina) of Carriere, Jeremiah Hansen (Monique) of Picayune, and Jacob Hansen (Amberly Grimes) of Slidell, Louisiana; three daughters, Ramona McQueen (Jeremy) of Bay St. Louis, Krista Alquist (Michael) of Slidell, and April Hansen (Matthew Lee) of Picayune; four brothers, Charlie Jarrell of Picayune, Billy Jarrell of Picayune, Shelby Jarrell, Jr. of Florida, Bob Jarrell of Caesar; five sisters, Ann Holifield of Caesar, Mary McDuffy of Carriere, Shirley Spiers of Nicholson, Tammy Penton of Nicholson, and Irene Metzler of Nicholson; 21 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Shelby and Eunice Jarrell; one brother, Johnny Jarrell; one sister, Ruth Jarrell; and one great-grandchild, Macie Patterson.
