Funeral services for Mary Venecia Ladner, 82, of Perkinston, MS, who passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016, will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Victory Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Victory Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Bro. Rick Moore will officiate the service.
A native of Poplarville, MS, she was a seamstress and a member of Victory Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 41 wonderful years, Horace D. C. Ladner; parents, David Spiers and Mary Bazor Spiers; sons, Michael H. Ladner, Ricky H. Ladner; sister, Betty Howard-Smith; brother, David “Buck” Spiers.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Stephen Mark Ladner and wife Tina; daughters, Linda A. Reeves and husband Michael, Delores F. Fossen and husband Thomas, Rita Christine Cuevas and husband Dale, Kathy Ann Davis and husband Mike; daughter in law, Anne Marie Parker; 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; sister, Frances Smith; and many brothers and sisters in Christ.
