Funeral services for Odile “Dee” Parra Lloyd, 96, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016, will be held Thursday, July 28, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Father John Noone will officiate the service.
A native of Cut Off, LA, she was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, St. Vincent’s Society, and a Hospital Volunteer. Dee was the recipient of the Lumen Christie Award for her service to her Church and Christ on October 30, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Henry Lloyd, Sr.; parents, Walter Parra and Clemence Otis Parra; and son, Joseph Henry Lloyd, Jr.
Left to cherish her memory are her granddaughter, Angela Lloyd; daughter in law, Rosalyn Porche; nephew, Michael Galjour.
