Doyle Henry Slade, 60, passed to his heavenly home on July 16, 2016. He was single and had no children. He was preceded in death by both parents, Loretta Pearl and Henry Slade, also a brother, Harold Eugene Slade.
He is survived by one sister, Joyce Meredith and one brother, Robert Ewing, two nephews John Shoemake (Dana) & Richard Shoemake (Donna), also one brother-in-law, Hollis Meredith and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins (Glenda Czarnik)
And his friends (best friend) Mike Mitchell, Don Winters, and Jeff Whittington. Most of all, his soulmate for life, Jeannie Lewis Slade.
There will be a private service for family and friends following his cremation at Palestine Cemetery as he requested. All family and friends had been or will be notified of exact date and time. May he rest in peace.
