Funeral services for Norris “Buddy” Peter Chaisson, 71, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2016, will be held Monday, May 9, 2016, at noon at New Palestine Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Monday, May 9, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until noon at New Palestine Baptist Church.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Rev. Josh Braddy will officiate the service.
A native of New Orleans, LA, he was a designer draftsman for Michoud, and also drove a truck for Western International. Buddy was an active member of New Palestine Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norris Peter Chaisson, Sr. and Clarissa Belle Faust Chaisson.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 49 years,Yvonne Hudson Chaisson; his children, Norris Peter (Penny) Chaisson, III, and Denise Rene (Nick) Van Someren; 7 grandchildren, Arianna, Kyelynn, Norris IV, Kambryn, and Blaine Chaisson, and Nick and Victoria Van Someren; and his sisters, Annabelle Chaisson, Mae “Tootsie” Chaisson, and Dolores Ebanks.
