OBIT Dianne Cooper

Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at New Beginnings Baptist Church. Pastor Joey L. Mark will officiate at the services.
Dianne Delores Cooper was born February 15, 1951 in New Orleans, LA to the late Nathaniel Cooper and Katie Maiben. She was raised by her late step father Earl Maiben.
Dianne accepted Christ at a young age under the leadership of the late Rev. W.L. Russell at Macedonia Baptist Church in Slidell, LA. Later, after moving to Picayune, MS she became a member of New Beginning Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Joey L. Mark.
She was a retired manager from Motel 6. Dianne was called to her heavenly home on May 9, 2016 at Highland Community Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Willie McCloud, Jr.; two brothers, Nathaniel Cooper and Earl Maiben, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories:  one son, Ricky McCloud; three sisters, Annette (Phillip) Harrison and Glenda (Guy) Martin, and Ebony (Daniel) Bridges all of Slidell, LA; two brothers, John (Barbara) Cooper of Denver, CO and Charles (Tammy) Cooper of Picayune, MS;  sister in law, Shelia Maiben of Breaux Bridge, LA,  4 grandchildren, Whitney McCloud, Romeo Domino, Cameron McCloud, and Jade Sylvas.  One godson, Antoine (Tran) Torregano; 5 aunts, Leola (Charlie) Lee, Betty Crossgrow, Cedella Simon, Glenda Stokes and Linda Hubbard; one uncle, Jimmie Holmes, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
