Tuesday, the Item reported that, for the next two weeks, people could donate necessities at Scissors Edge in Picayune to help victims of last week’s flooding.
Wednesday morning, salon owner Robin Dean said she no longer has the room to collect and hold the supplies at her salon.
“I’m referring everyone to Manna Ministries,” Dean said. “I will still take items through Friday.”
She also added that Wednesday night would be the last night the volunteers would deliver hot meals.
“It’s been curtailing their family time to help victims,” she said.
