Funeral Services for Webster D. “Web” Hill, age 84, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016, will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Rev. Dan Young will officiate the service.
A native of Taylorsville, Miss., he was an electrician and a member of Roseland Park Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his devoted wife of over 54 loving years, Clara Marie Watts Hill; parents, Marion W. Hill and Syvilla Gilbert Hill; sisters, Beulah Hall, Christine Stringer; brothers, Hubert Hill, John Hill; brother in law, James “Buddy” Watts; sister in law, Voncelle McQueen.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Judy Moody and husband Reese; sons, Webster D. “Butch” Hill Jr. and wife Sheila, Richard Byron Hill and wife Angela; 6 grandchildren, Jennifer, Josh, Megan and husband John, Shane, Andrew and wife Tiffany, and Kelly; 6 great grandchildren, Sarah, Hanah, Amelia, Ryder, Ethan, and Aden; sister, Lorraine Weaver; brother in law, J. L. McQueen; sister in law, Gail Watts; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
