Funeral services for Marc S. Czomba, age 70, of  Carriere, MS, who passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015, will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Rev. Harold Manning will officiate the service.
A native of Canton, Ohio, Marc was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a retired aviation inspector/helicopter technician with Chevron
Aviation, a Master Mason at Walter I. Lanier Lodge 307 and 32 Degree Scottish Rite Freemason, a Vietnam Veteran in the US Marine Corps, USMC Helicopter Association Member, a Purple Heart Recipient, US Army National Guard service member, and member of First United Methodist Church of Picayune.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Valentine Czomba and Jeanne Hout Czomba; twin sister, Marcia Czomba Thomas.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Lydia W. Czomba; daughter, Jane Czomba; sons, Derek Czomba and wife Nichole, Dean Raffenaud; grandchildren, Summer Ross, Connor Czomba, Pierce Czomba, and Zane Czomba; sisters, Lynn Nelson, Sally Stout and husband Dennis; brothers, Val Czomba and wife Heather, Eric Czomba and wife Patti, Greg Czomba; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
