Graveside Funeral Services for Lambert  L. “Red” Martin, 91, of  Jackson, LA, who passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015, were held Sunday, January 3, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Gipson Cemetery.
Burial will be in Gipson Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
A native of Columbus, GA, he was a Veteran of WWII with service in the U.S. Navy and a retired member of the U.S. Army. Mr. Martin was also an ordained minister of the Christian faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Graymond Martin and Eva Jane Beste Martin; his devoted wife Joyce Attebery Martin; and his sisters, Dolores Killian and Betty Ann Martin.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jay (Bobbie Cox) Martin, Jana (George) Tolar, and Graymond F. (Teresa) Martin; seven grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
