Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Gloria Church, Poplarville, MS for Mr. Willie Rayford, 76, of Poplarville, MS who died December 4, 2015 in Picayune, MS. The Rev. Victor Robinson will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Hart’s Chapel Cemetery.
A native of Poplarville, MS he was a member of Gloria Church and a member of the Deacon Board.
Preceded in death by his parents, Willie Rayford and Alice Anderson; one sister, Patricia Rayford Satcher; and one brother, George Rayford.
Survivors include his wife, Willie Pearl Rayford of Poplarville, MS; three sons, Willie Rayford, Jr. of FL, Mark Rayford of Washington, Eric Rayford of New York; one stepson, Kevin Scott of NY; two daughters, Shirley Rayford of FL, and Akasha Rayford of Poplarville, MS; three stepdaughters, Anita Dates, Anisha Dates, and Sasha Dates of Poplarville, MS; one brother, Major Anderson of Hattiesburg, MS; five sisters, Geraldine Lee of Gulfport, MS, Helen Limbrich, Dana Anderson, Bobbie Alston, all of TX and Nancy McCain of TN; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Gloria Church. Under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home, Picayune, MS.
