Funeral services for Nina Marie Burge, age 95, of  McNeill, MS, who passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015, will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Hill Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Zion Hill Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Charles Raiford Burge Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Rev. Chad Carr, Elder Jesse Johnson, and Elder Gary Sumrall will officiate the service.
A native of McNeill, MS, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a devout Christian. Nina was a member of Sones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of over 60 loving years, Charles Raiford Burge; parents, Wesley W. Lee and Ophelia Lee; brothers, Carl, Ted, Howard Lee; sisters, Tommie Jean Dossett and Sylvia Lee.
Left to cherish her sweet memory are her loving daughters, Beverly Dale Tynes, Celecia Sones and husband James, Sandra Marie Gates; devoted sons, Raymond Elliot Burge and wife Barbara, Charles McDonald Burge and wife Sandy, Howard Lynn Burge, Timothy Ryan Burge and wife Vicky, Byron Wesley Burge and wife Renee; precious grandchildren, Dominic Tynes, Alisa Holmes and husband Scott, Darrin Burge and wife Candace, Joycelyn Osthiemer and husband Berwick, Susan Hennes and husband Jamie, James Sones, Summer Mitchell and husband Cody, Noel Burge and wife Kim, Jay Burge and wife Misty, Boyd Burge and wife Amanda, Brandon Burge and wife Brynn, Benjamin Burge and wife Cindy, Jason Burge, Joshua Burge and wife Blair, Justin Burge and wife Kelly, Jennifer Melerine and husband Clint, Connie Gore and husband Eddie, Justin Burge and wife Sable, Ashley Lowe and husband Kyle, Brandi Wagner and husband Matt, Chase Burge; 39 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister, Mary Grace Goode; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
